Spring Has Come! by Prairie Schooler
I have quite a ways to go on this one, but it's a nice break from the tiny stitching on VoHRH! I plan to keep working on it this month, so we'll see how much more I get done. These big projects kinda scare me but I'd hate to see this one become a UFO!
Village of Hawk Run Hollow (Block 3) by Carriage House Samplings
I started on Block 3 because I was initially stiching it without the Q-Snaps and I didn't want to be wadding up blocks 1 & 2 in my sweaty hand. I'm using Vikki Clayton silks and so far I love them! It's been a little rough working on the 40-ct. linen but my light and magnifier help tremendously. I'm taking it slow!
On to May goals!
1. Work on VoHRH.
2. Work on Spring Has Come!
3. Start and finish Listen (the next Lizzie Kate Double Flip).
4. Start and finish May Woolly Tyme Blanket.
5. UFOs!
Two littles, and two bigs! Perfect for me! And I can't forget my UFOs this month! They're getting sad!

Congrats on meeting most of your goals!
Your PS Spring has come looks already very beautiful!
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your progress here!
I love to see VOHRH, too!
I wish I knew where "April went" I cannot wrap my brain around it being "May" ... and I'm really behind in most of my stitching projects : )
Yours are wonderful! Maybe I need fewer WIPs in my closet : ) LOL
Good job on your goals and WIP's :)
Great progress on all fronts! Say, when you figure out where April went, please let me know. I'm not even ready for 2007. :)
hi! I just dug my village of hawke run hollow out - started last year but have only finished the first block, most of 4 and started block 7. I lack a bit of method :-) So I thought that I would see who else is working on it for inspiration - you're marvellous for using linen and silk - I'm just using a natural Aida and DMC threads, but I still love the effect. I'm very interested in your clippy things - I have the bulk of the fabric rolled up and held together with quilting pins but it still makes for very ineffectual progress - perhaps a good hoop would get me going. Anyway - nice to meet you and I have added you to my news reader so that I may watch you stitch! p.s. I too love Prairie Schooler but haven't worked on one in a while - there's plenty of WIPs to choose from!
