Long story short, I messed up! The bottom part of the border should be one row lower. So now I'm faced with a few options. Number 1: I can rip it all out and restitch it in the correct place. Number 2: I can figure out how to compensate by taking a row out of the house or hill plus the bottom row of the trees. Number 3: I can have the bottom row of the hill and trees be a part of the inside border.
In another place, in another time I would have already been ripping and re-stitching. But today I would rather figure out another way to make it work. I'm leaning towards making the bottom part of the hill and trees just run into the border. I'm just worried I'll get it done and it will look silly.
Any suggestions? (Other than to change the name of my blog to Stitchin' Nightmares!)

Ha ha ....my daughter's boyfriend just used that same word this weekend...well he was gonna use another and caught himself! HA HA HA...ended up saying your title!
Birds of a Feather is looking so good, you'll get her all fixed up and finished in no time!
Oh, fiddlesticks. I hate it when that happens. My choice would be option No.2. I think it would look wrong if the trees and hill "leaked" into the border. Best of luck with whatever you decide. Anne
Don't stitch the last row of the hill. Easy peasy.
