Quick Question
I'm starting an ornament on 36-count linen, stitching over two threads, and was wondering if I should be using two strands of floss or only one? Any suggestions?

A little bit of this.
A little bit of that.

I think it's supposed to be one thread on 36 count and higher.
It's whatever makes you happy. Some 36 count still has a loose weave and looks better with 2 strands. Some silks are very fine and kind of need two strands. But in general, as Sharon said above, anything with that high of a count should look good with 1 strand. Have fun!
